Job Summary

Drive e-commerce growth in Japan through third-party marketplaces such as Zozotown and Rakuten. Own day-to-day operations across marketplaces, develop and execute marketplace sales and marketing strategies, and manage P&L targets including trade spend and ROI. Partner with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, IT, Retail, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Legal) and lead partner negotiations. Monitor marketplace performance metrics and apply data-driven insights to optimize results.
