Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business development for the local government sector, oversee engagement delivery and drive practice development within the UK advisory team.
  • •Oversee multiple delivery teams across diverse models, providing leadership in client interactions, delivery progress, and escalation of risks to senior management and C-suite stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate inputs from peers and technical experts to flag delivery choices, scope considerations, risks, and commercial constraints.
  • •Architect analytical workstreams and strategically guide engagement teams to ensure quality deliverables and insights.
  • •Drive performance and thought leadership within the practice, including performance appraisals, IP generation, and staff coaching/mentoring.
