•Meet quarterly, half-year, and annual renewal targets and forecast performance.
•Maintain direct engagement with customers and channel partners throughout the contract lifecycle to remove renewal obstacles.
•Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and drive retention and growth.
•Collaborate across Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure renewals are completed on time and with high customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in direct account sales or renewals in the B2B SaaS industry
•Proven communication abilities and strong listening skills across global clients
•Proven track record in SaaS sales and renewal processes, negotiations, and forecasting
•Experience collaborating with Sales/Pre-Sales/Customer Success and Technical Support teams
•Ability to navigate contracts and legal discussions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
