Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to one or more project managers within a group, office, or business unit.
  • •Prepare and maintain a document control system for project documentation.
  • •Track documents and ensure completed documents are signed off by appropriate personnel.
  • •Coordinate with Project Managers and other parties to ensure document edits are made, proofed, and updated by due dates.
  • •Implement and follow company quality assurance procedures and distribute document copies to appropriate personnel.
