Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, working in a delivery pod with a Deployment Strategist. Own end-to-end technical components from architecture to production validation and observability. Develop AI agents (prompts, reasoning, tool calls), integrate with customer systems, and build data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, while tracking deployment health with KPI dashboards and shipping POCs quickly.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly in enterprise customer environments, shipping production-ready code.
•Partner with a Deployment Strategist to translate customer business challenges into agentic solutions that go live.
•Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems using an agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms, validating modeled data and pipeline outputs.
•Develop agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting, and contribute to POCs and MVPs that move from sketch to deployable quickly.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, plus deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
