Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly in enterprise customer environments, shipping production-ready code.
  • •Partner with a Deployment Strategist to translate customer business challenges into agentic solutions that go live.
  • •Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems using an agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms, validating modeled data and pipeline outputs.
  • •Develop agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting, and contribute to POCs and MVPs that move from sketch to deployable quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through.
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, plus deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
