Job Summary

Lead the GPS system and processes strategy for Global Product Supply, driving process governance, performance, and accuracy in close collaboration with operational and Tech counterparts. Own and deliver internal and externally driven projects across S4 and IBP implementation programs, define process proposals, and implement process performance indicators. Guide GPS teams and partners on process evaluation and redesign, ensure data and system configuration readiness, and manage subject matter experts and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and implement the GPS system and processes strategy within an assigned area of responsibility across Reporting, Process, and Systems.
•Accountable for delivering assigned internal and external projects while ensuring GPS and SCM strategies are adhered to, including resource securing and progress communication.
•Evaluate and continuously improve existing processes with stakeholders, focusing on best practices, simplification, and harmonization opportunities.
•Monitor and govern the GPS system portfolio for defined performance levels; develop reactive and proactive solutions to support business continuity.
•Oversee data governance, system configuration, and data replication for operational execution and process accuracy, and actively manage a team of subject matter experts and project managers.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, planning, or information systems.
•8+ years of experience in supply chain management with team lead expertise.
•Strong business background in planning, purchasing, and fulfillment.
•Expert understanding of Power BI, SAP S4/IBP, and Databricks.
•Proven experience leading planning, purchasing, and fulfillment projects on global and/or market level, including process redesigning.
