Senior Project Engineer

Lead engineering design and project management for manufacturing improvements, including feasibility studies, specifications, cost estimates, and code/standard-compliant drawings. Coordinate vendors, contractors, and plant teams to implement projects on time and within budget, while preparing proposals, bids, and status reports. Manage project budgets, monitor installations to meet requirements, and contribute to initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operating costs for iconic food brands.
