Key Responsibilities

  • •Interview and counsel customers to gather financial background and investment goals needed to develop customer profiles and determine investment strategies under direction of the Financial Advisor.
  • •Stay thoroughly informed on NDIP and bank changes in services, products, and policies.
  • •Cross-sell other bank products and services to new and existing customers to generate new business.
  • •Process new business, complete new business functions, and maintain customer accounts, files, and records in accordance with OSJ requirements.
  • •Maintain confidentiality and comply with NDIP compliance manual requirements and applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/anti-money laundering obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. degree in finance, accounting, and/or a business-related field; and/or 5+ years of related experience.
  • •Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
  • •Previous sales and service support in a banking environment required.
  • •Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and bank personnel.
  • •Exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities, with strong project management skills.
