Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop firmware IP subsystems for SSD products that meet or exceed technical spec matrix requirements.
  • •Create firmware unit and functional tests to ensure firmware subsystems meet quality, functional, performance, and reliability requirements at integration milestones.
  • •Provide technical support to implement development and quality assurance processes for consistent firmware functionality and usability.
  • •Communicate detailed, summarized firmware development activity and project status to management and cross-functional team members.
  • •Develop and maintain collaborative relationships and continuously improve team capability, morale, productivity, and your own technical communication skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in embedded systems development.
  • •Experience with firmware/embedded programming.
  • •Excellent communication skills to coordinate with management and cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience with storage interfaces such as SATA, SAS, or PCIe; NAND experience is an advantage.
