Principal Marine Operations Specialist

Lead and supervise teams of field and senior field engineers to deliver marine installation projects safely and on time. Serve as a specialist who solves complex Field Engineering problems with minimal guidance, providing technical mentorship and guidance. Collaborate with procurement, construction, and installation stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, conduct site visits for progress and quality control, and develop engineering solutions that meet client, regulatory, and performance requirements.
