Job Summary

Lead FP&A and a finance team to drive financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analytics. Own monthly operational planning and budgeting activities, including accruals and month-end close support. Build dashboards and analytical tools using Power BI, Oracle, and Excel, improve reporting accuracy via validation and reconciliation, and streamline processes with automation and continuous improvement. Partner across Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights for capital projects and performance management.

•Develop and manage monthly operational plans, reporting calendars, and team priorities.
•Lead efforts to improve and streamline reporting using BI and AI tools.
•Support business unit reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing financial analysis.
•Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools using Power BI, Oracle, and Excel; ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation.
•Manage monthly accruals, forecasting updates, and month-end close activities, and present insights and recommendations to leadership and business partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
•8-10+ years of progressive Finance and FP&A experience.

•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
•Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, plus experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP.
