Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Success Plan strategy and execution across all segments to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and adoption of Autodesk solutions.
  • •Define and oversee regional execution plans (budget allocation, resource prioritization, coverage strategies) to ensure high-touch onboarding experiences.
  • •Engage senior customer executives to demonstrate thought leadership and co-create strategic plans and outcomes.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding through renewal.
  • •Monitor regional success metrics and communicate business health to executive leadership while retaining customers and improving NPS/CSAT.

  • •Proven experience leading large Customer Success teams at a global SaaS company with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • •Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budget allocation, and resource optimization.
  • •Ability to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency in customer success operations.
  • •Experience recruiting, managing, and motivating enterprise Customer Success teams, directing work through Senior Directors and Directors.
  • •In-depth knowledge of enterprise customer needs across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, with strong expertise in retention and customer success metrics (KPIs, NPS, CSAT).
