  • •Serve as technical leader and test engineer on medium to large engineering development teams for command-and-control (C2) software products.
  • •Perform full life cycle systems engineering tasks: requirements analysis, architecture design, trade studies, integration, verification and validation, formal testing, and software installation.
  • •Act as a department systems engineering subject matter expert to solve critical technical problems and mentor other engineers.
  • •Design, develop, and test advancements in multi-sensor and information fusion, networked situational awareness, and visualization technologies.
  • •Lead formal testing, demonstrations, and integration/qualification activities with on-site customer software installation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a lead systems or test engineer on a software development program.
  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Experience with Link 16 Tactical Data Link (J series messages), Command and Control (C2), or related mission/surveillance/combat systems.
  • •Experience performing Systems of Systems software integration and test across multiple operating environments.
