Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently conduct site inspections of structural works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and standards.
  • •Review structural shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, temporary works designs, method statements, and material submittals.
  • •Supervise reinforced concrete and monitor structural steel fabrication/erection and connections for compliance with approved designs.
  • •Verify reinforcement installation, concrete placement and curing, witness concrete pours/inspections/testing, and review mix designs and testing reports.
  • •Prepare NCRs, SORs, RFIs, and snag lists; monitor contractor quality control and coordinate structural interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ post-graduate experience in structural site supervision.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ UAE/GCC experience on major building construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and temporary works.
  • •Thorough understanding of UAE Building Codes, structural design standards, and construction practices.
