Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and be accountable for developing and maintaining client relationships and reputation across the frameworks.
  • •Develop and deliver the framework account plan with Strategy & Growth leads and CAMs, ensuring delivery to agreed metrics (safety, programme, cost, innovation, quality).
  • •Understand and meet AECOM’s commercial, contractual, and technical obligations; deliver and report on framework KPIs to ensure client satisfaction and repeat work.
  • •Identify upcoming client pursuits and work with internal teams to position AECOM, leading proposal development with bid and delivery teams.
  • •Identify areas of business need (capacity and capability) and support team development through progression and recruitment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject.
  • •Deep understanding of the water sector and knowledge of the regulatory environment clients operate in.
  • •Proven experience building strong relationships and mutual trust with stakeholders within client organizations.
  • •Experience developing and delivering technical and commercial bids for water industry schemes.
  • •Experience delivering across project phases such as business case development, feasibility, outline/conceptual design, detailed design, and construction support.
