Job Summary

Drive insurance sales for Premier customers by partnering with Premier Relationship Managers (PRMs) and branch/service teams. Use a needs-based approach to identify protection gaps, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and enable simplified insurance journeys that improve conversion and client experience. Support protection/portfolio reviews, assess suitability and risks, contribute to process and tool improvements, and coach PRMs to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness while meeting regulatory and policy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support PRMs and aligned channels to convert identified protection needs into appropriate insurance solutions and deliver insurance outcomes.
•Help enable simplified insurance journeys to improve conversion and client experience.
•Conduct protection/portfolio reviews with PRMs (as appropriate) to assess suitability and help manage risks and opportunities.
•Support adoption of simplified journeys, tools, and process improvements; contribute to product launches where relevant.
•Coach PRMs and teams to improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and quality while ensuring needs-based process, accuracy, and regulatory/policy compliance.

Key Requirements

•IRDAI Certification (mandatory as applicable to the market and role requirements).
•3–5 years’ experience in a similar role or in insurance selling (protection-focused), preferably within banking/wealth or a comparable distribution model.
•Familiarity with a needs-based approach to identify protection gaps and structure solutions for clients.
•Attain/maintain additional professional or internal standards required for the role.
•Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
