Job Summary

Lead governance and planning for the Technology function by supporting the Head of Technology with transparent, disciplined oversight. Manage the IT governance framework, monitor KPIs and governance metrics, and coordinate inputs for management, executive, and Board-level reporting. Own technology financial oversight including budget planning, forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis, and support audits and regulatory engagement across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the effective governance, planning, and management of the Technology function, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
•Develop, implement, and maintain the IT governance framework, including policies, procedures, and control standards.
•Monitor and report IT governance metrics and KPIs, providing management information on Technology performance, risks, and control effectiveness.
•Support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews related to Technology governance and controls.
•Coordinate Technology inputs into management, executive, and Board-level reporting, including technology financial management (budget planning, forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 78,000 - 118,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
•Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500).
•Proven experience in IT governance, technology planning, or technology business management within an IT function.
•Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
•Knowledge of IT project portfolio management concepts and cost allocation/chargeback models.
