Key Responsibilities

•Build enterprise-grade AI healthcare agents by partnering with engineers and customers to ship agents that handle thousands of conversations daily, while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
•Identify new use cases and opportunities for AI agents by partnering with providers, payers, RCMS and pharmaceutical companies, and act as trusted advisor to customers.
•Engage with customers across organizational levels: discover requirements, present demonstrations, address technical challenges, and refine Sierra virtual agents to fit customer needs.
•Develop and improve Sierra’s agent platform to anticipate customer needs and drive strategic technical directions.
•Shape the healthcare platform and roadmap by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping features, and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 390,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products
•Past experience in Product Management or similar roles at or above Senior Product Manager

•Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments
•Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience
