Shift Supervisor-1

Shift Supervisor in Boedo leads store operations, coordinating the team and tasks to maximize productivity while upholding quality standards and company policies. You will support the Store Manager in administrative processes (inventory, shrink, billing, people, maintenance), monitor team performance, schedule staff, resolve conflicts, ensure food safety and health & safety compliance, and drive improvements to operational excellence.
