Job Summary

Lead group-wide sustainability workstreams (engagements, communications, ESG risk ratings, awards, and annual reporting) and ensure timely delivery, governance, and quality. Manage junior team members, coordinate internal/external events, oversee ESG data and risk processes, drive awards and certifications, and contribute inputs to the Annual Sustainability Report.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage sustainability workstreams across engagements, communications, ESG risk ratings, awards, and wellbeing initiatives
•Lead and coordinate internal and external sustainability events, campaigns, trainings, and stakeholder engagements
•Oversee ESG risk ratings processes, including data collection, evidence management, and timely submissions
•Drive sustainability awards, certifications, and external recognition submissions end-to-end
•Manage inputs for the Annual Sustainability Report, ensuring timely review and closure of comments

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related roles within a corporate or consultancy environment
•Experience managing workstreams, projects, or junior team members with strong delivery ownership and accountability
•Exposure to ESG frameworks and processes, including reporting, ESG risk ratings, sustainability awards, and stakeholder engagement
•Strong project management, organisation, and stakeholder coordination skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports, presentations, and stakeholder materials
