Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage sustainability workstreams across engagements, communications, ESG risk ratings, awards, and wellbeing initiatives
  • •Lead and coordinate internal and external sustainability events, campaigns, trainings, and stakeholder engagements
  • •Oversee ESG risk ratings processes, including data collection, evidence management, and timely submissions
  • •Drive sustainability awards, certifications, and external recognition submissions end-to-end
  • •Manage inputs for the Annual Sustainability Report, ensuring timely review and closure of comments

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related roles within a corporate or consultancy environment
  • •Experience managing workstreams, projects, or junior team members with strong delivery ownership and accountability
  • •Exposure to ESG frameworks and processes, including reporting, ESG risk ratings, sustainability awards, and stakeholder engagement
  • •Strong project management, organisation, and stakeholder coordination skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports, presentations, and stakeholder materials
