Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of test engineers to execute test plans and support professional development.
  • •Own and drive Product Test Plans (PTP) across development, production, and field validation.
  • •Oversee and enhance Production Test Systems (PTS) to improve consistency, scalability, and accuracy of test results.
  • •Drive field device debugging, including issue reproduction, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • •Validate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) devices for integration, interoperability, and performance, enforcing test standards and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in product/system testing, including 2–3 years in a lead or senior role.
  • •Proven expertise in product test planning and execution.
  • •Strong exposure to Production Test Systems (PTS) and automated test equipment.
  • •Experience debugging field devices (hardware + embedded software) and validating COTS devices for integration.
