Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily cash positions and reconcile internal records to bank and custodian statements across fiat and digital asset accounts.
  • •Own liquidity across fiat and digital asset accounts, identifying and resolving funding shortfalls or surpluses to optimize deployment.
  • •Oversee end-to-end transaction processing for client and proprietary portfolios, including fiat and digital asset flows and timely reconciliation break resolution.
  • •Manage FX transactions and monitor currency exposures, including execution and hedging aligned with treasury guidelines.
  • •Support month-end close and produce treasury reports; contribute to controls framework and process improvement, including automation initiatives and audit/regulatory support.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in cash or transaction operations, ideally within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
  • •Strong control and process mindset, applied in a Finance or Operations environment.
  • •Studying towards or qualified in a relevant accounting or finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, with data modelling.
  • •High accuracy and attention to detail when managing complex or high-volume transactions.
