•Serve as a recognised culinary ambassador for Tyson Foods Europe, driving a foodie culture within R&D and across the business.
•Research, plan, coordinate, and deliver tailored customer experiences using inspiring food storytelling that showcases menu potential and portfolio diversity.
•Lead culinary events and presentations, including Tyson brand product showcases, international exhibitions, client-specific sessions, and culinary training for Sales, Marketing, and distributors.
•Provide culinary leadership by establishing Tyson Foods Europe as the go-to inspiration and collaboration expert with supplier and client partners.
•Shape product development strategy by collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and R&D to align on food innovation opportunities and support ideation, prototyping, and trend-informed menu development.

Key Requirements

•Formal education in Culinary Arts (BA), Culinary Industry Management (BA), or Food Science (BSc).
•Professional chef with 5+ years progressive experience in high-quality restaurant, hospitality, or commercial kitchen environments.

•Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a food manufacturing environment.
•Food hygiene and food-safety management certification; strong culinary and butchery knowledge.
