Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional teams with weekly meetings and onsite coordination to drive project progress.
  • •Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including updated test fits and schedules.
  • •Coordinate project delivery from design through completion to minimize disruption to business operations and employees.
  • •Develop and manage fit-up planning tasks and schedules across teams (CAFM, Culinary, Facilities Operations, Furniture, Technology, Security, MAC) and external vendors.
  • •Ensure Archibus and floor plans (furniture layouts and building numbering) are continuously updated and accurate, and coordinate meeting spaces for FDOB (room names, signage, operational technology).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in workplace project management or related field.
  • •Strong spatial planning experience implementing workplace strategies and converting business requirements into functional space solutions.
  • •Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management for project and facilities operations.
  • •Ability to manage Construction, Facilities, and MAC projects, overseeing and directing project teams.
  • •Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data organization).
