Key Responsibilities

  • •Explore and validate a product theme such as AI labor cost attribution, AI workforce planning, or an AI ROI reporting layer.
  • •Leverage prior experience deploying AI at scale to identify what product fits buyers’ needs.
  • •Create solutions grounded in how CFO financial models break when agents replace parts of human work.
  • •Partner with Forum’s validation and operating team to build an MVP and unlock ICP and sales pipeline.
  • •Execute a GTM strategy targeting early traction and $50–100K ARR while raising seed and Series A through Forum support.

  • •Early-stage operator experience with domain expertise in financial operations and enterprise finance.
  • •Experience deploying AI at scale and understanding the financial model needs when AI agents do real work.
  • •Ability to attract, hire, and lead world-class teams.
