Customer Experience Banker - West St. Paul, MN (32-35 hrs/wk + Full Time Benefits)

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customer financial goals and needs, recommend appropriate deposit and banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Provide exemplary customer service, educate customers on consumer deposit products, and drive new-customer follow-up through outbound calling and referrals. Ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
