Facility Manager

Manage facilities management, including repairs and maintenance, for Citizens’ corporate office banking operations. Lead day-to-day operations and a daytime janitorial team at the Westwood, MA headquarters, coordinate mobile technicians and external vendors, and support onsite events for multiple business lines. Own stakeholder engagement with internal partners and external customers to ensure seamless delivery of facility services, while performing inspections, corrective action planning, and HVAC/plumbing/electrical and site infrastructure oversight.
