Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • •Review contracts, agreements, legal documentation, and commercial correspondence; maintain contractual compliance records.
  • •Identify contractual risks and issues and escalate where appropriate, supporting governance and risk management activities.
  • •Support contract negotiations, variations, claims, compensation events, and dispute resolution processes.
  • •Maintain contract registers, commercial records, contractual notices, and project documentation; provide commercial support and liaise with project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Diploma in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, energy, infrastructure, or construction projects.
  • •Experience administering NEC, FIDIC, GCC, or similar forms of contract.
  • •Strong understanding of contract administration, claims management, and commercial risk management.
  • •Proficiency in reviewing contractual and legal documentation and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
