Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support annual planning, forecasting, and performance review cycles for the Singapore business unit.
  • •Analyze financial trends and business drivers to support meaningful planning discussions and decision-making.
  • •Develop performance insights to help the business understand results, identify risks and opportunities, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve business processes and support initiatives/projects to enhance planning, forecasting, and performance management efficiency and quality.
  • •Prepare timely and accurate management information for regular planning, forecasting, and performance review exercises and respond to stakeholders’ queries about financial information and drivers.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in finance or a related function, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
  • •Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and in a team.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills; data analytics knowledge is an advantage.
  • •Knowledge of dashboard tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
