Job Summary

Support the Planning & Performance Management (PPM) function within the Finance team by collaborating with underwriting line-of-business leaders, cost centre owners, actuaries, and other stakeholders on annual planning, forecasting, and performance reviews for the Singapore business unit. Analyze financial trends and drivers, develop clear performance insights, help optimize planning/forecasting processes, and prepare management reporting—translating financial information into useful business discussions.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support annual planning, forecasting, and performance review cycles for the Singapore business unit.
•Analyze financial trends and business drivers to support meaningful planning discussions and decision-making.
•Develop performance insights to help the business understand results, identify risks and opportunities, and make informed strategic decisions.
•Identify opportunities to improve business processes and support initiatives/projects to enhance planning, forecasting, and performance management efficiency and quality.
•Prepare timely and accurate management information for regular planning, forecasting, and performance review exercises and respond to stakeholders’ queries about financial information and drivers.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in finance or a related function, preferably in the insurance sector.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
•Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and in a team.
•Experience with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills; data analytics knowledge is an advantage.
•Knowledge of dashboard tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
