Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic leadership for the MSS Innovation Team, driving continuous improvement across MSS Delivery teams.
•Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities for process, tooling, and service enhancements.
•Oversee cybersecurity research initiatives (white papers, blog articles, and conference talks) and disseminate findings internally and externally.
•Provide technical guidance on the MSS technology stack (XDR, SIEM, NOC operations) and enforce best practices across teams.
•Mentor and develop the Innovation Specialist and COOP; report progress, metrics, and innovation impact to senior leadership.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (certificates/licenses are a plus).
•5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or DevSecOps, ideally working with multiple teams.
•Expert proficiency with SOAR platforms and advanced scripting in Bash and Python.
•Hands-on containerization expertise, including Docker and Kubernetes, and experience in multi-tenant large-scale cybersecurity environments.
•Strong experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipeline implementation, plus familiarity with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
