Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for fire alarm and ELV systems, including SMATV, CCTV, intercom, access control, and low voltage distribution. Lead technicians, plan daily maintenance activities, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate testing and annual certification. Ensure Civil Defense compliance through inspections, documentation, and timely closure of deficiencies, while managing KPIs, HSE requirements, and client-facing reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and coordinate ELV and Fire Alarm technicians, allocate daily maintenance activities, and ensure efficient use of manpower, tools, and resources.
•Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for fire alarm systems, including troubleshooting panel faults, coordinating testing, and supporting annual testing and certification.
•Coordinate Civil Defense inspections and authority visits, manage closure of inspection remarks and deficiencies, and maintain inspection records and compliance documentation.
•Supervise maintenance for SMATV, CCTV, intercom, access control, and low voltage distribution systems; coordinate repairs and replacements for defective components.
•Handle corrective and emergency maintenance: respond to critical breakdowns, diagnose complex failures, coordinate subcontractors/OEM support, and ensure service restoration within contractual response times.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
•Additional certifications in Fire Alarm Systems, ELV Systems, or Low Voltage Systems (preferred).
•Minimum 10 years of experience in Fire Alarm and ELV systems.
•Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
•UAE/GCC facilities management experience and experience across commercial, residential, government, and mixed-use facilities (preferred).
