Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate ELV and Fire Alarm technicians, allocate daily maintenance activities, and ensure efficient use of manpower, tools, and resources.
  • •Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for fire alarm systems, including troubleshooting panel faults, coordinating testing, and supporting annual testing and certification.
  • •Coordinate Civil Defense inspections and authority visits, manage closure of inspection remarks and deficiencies, and maintain inspection records and compliance documentation.
  • •Supervise maintenance for SMATV, CCTV, intercom, access control, and low voltage distribution systems; coordinate repairs and replacements for defective components.
  • •Handle corrective and emergency maintenance: respond to critical breakdowns, diagnose complex failures, coordinate subcontractors/OEM support, and ensure service restoration within contractual response times.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • •Additional certifications in Fire Alarm Systems, ELV Systems, or Low Voltage Systems (preferred).
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in Fire Alarm and ELV systems.
  • •Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • •UAE/GCC facilities management experience and experience across commercial, residential, government, and mixed-use facilities (preferred).
