Relationship Officer, Retail Legal Collections (UAE National Only)

Review and analyze charged-off retail cases to maximize recoveries and support customers in settling overdue and unpaid liabilities. Drive assigned recovery targets by assessing repayment issues, engaging customers to prioritize repayment, and following up on leads and classified accounts. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper follow-up, use MIS reports to improve recovery performance, and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
