Seeking a highly organized Data & Configuration Management Specialist to manage large volumes of technical data and documentation in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You’ll support engineering and operations with data accuracy, change control, and robust configuration processes, collaborate across multiple teams, and improve data handling and reporting using advanced Excel and enterprise data systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, maintain, and control large volumes of data and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and accessibility
•Utilise advanced Microsoft Excel and other data management tools to analyse, track, and report on key information
•Support and administer engineering change processes, ensuring all changes are documented, controlled, and implemented in line with established procedures
•Apply structured change management practices to maintain integrity across documentation and systems
•Maintain and improve configuration management processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing large volumes of engineering or technical data and documentation in a regulated or high-assurance environment
•Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting) and familiarity with enterprise data systems
•Experience working with engineering change management processes in a controlled environment; strong understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and systems (e.g., CMII or equivalent frameworks)
•Ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary defence teams and stakeholders
•Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
