Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage automation and control system scope of capital projects from feasibility through closeout to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
  • •Develop and review automation architectures, control philosophies, functional specifications, and detailed designs for PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, historian, and industrial networks.
  • •Integrate control systems across process equipment, instrumentation, electrical systems, MES platforms, and plant control systems for reliable operation.
  • •Provide technical leadership for FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, start-up, and performance validation.
  • •Apply corporate cybersecurity and safety/compliance requirements while improving process-control performance, reliability, efficiency, data visibility, and maintainability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Automation, Control, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related engineering discipline).
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in automation, process control, industrial control systems, or capital project execution in manufacturing or similar processing industries.
  • •Experience delivering automation/control projects from design through commissioning and start-up, including FEL/FEED and EPC or brownfield modernization projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, industrial communication networks, instrumentation systems, control strategies, and automation architectures.
  • •Ability to travel across multiple sites and communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
