Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary Production Finance point of contact and trusted advisor for INK leadership.
  • •Build and lead a small production finance team, providing mentoring, coaching, and development as INK scales.
  • •Own end-to-end financial management of INK’s slate, including production budgets, estimated final costs, cost reports, and cash flow.
  • •Design and implement production finance processes, EFCs, policies, and tools, adapting standard Netflix practices as needed.
  • •Manage production incentive strategy and workflow, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of tax credits or cash rebates.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12+ years of production finance and/or production accounting experience, including experience leading and developing a team.
  • •Strong understanding of production budgeting, cost reporting, cash flow management, and production incentives.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch in a startup environment.
  • •Proven ability to influence and partner with senior internal and external stakeholders.
