Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate warehouse workflow and assign/monitor crew duties throughout the shift (receiving, storage, picking, loading, serving, and manufacturing).
  • •Understand production schedules and shipping requirements; assign activities to meet customer expectations.
  • •Label pallets and arrange shipping methods (e.g., LTL, parcel) before loading to trailers.
  • •Assign tasks, release orders/replenishments, pick confirm orders, and dispatch using Oracle WMS; follow dispatch protocols for drivers.
  • •Maintain warehouse operations during leader absences, train new employees, and troubleshoot minor scanner system issues; comply with safety and regulatory standards.

  • •High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • •Operate a variety of power industrial vehicles safely.
