Key Responsibilities

•Own the CLM technology roadmap and backlog, setting direction for what to build, integrate, or optimize and translating it into a prioritized delivery plan.
•Lead in-house builds and workflow development beyond standard SaaS configuration, partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering to deliver scalable contracting solutions.
•Drive AI enablement for Legal Operations by identifying automation opportunities, standing up proof of concepts, and facilitating trainings and adoption programs to raise AI fluency.
•Develop and manage a comprehensive contracts reporting framework and system of record, including data extraction, metadata integrity, and data models that surface actionable insights.
•Lead large, cross-functional contracts initiatives end-to-end by managing dependencies across Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Compliance and delivering on time and within scope.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of program or project management experience in Legal Operations, contract management, or technology-driven operations, with a track record of setting strategic direction for tooling and workflows.
•Experience owning a technology roadmap and backlog, including prioritizing build-vs-buy, scoping in-house development, and partnering with engineering and architecture to deliver integrated solutions.
•Expert, hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, including workflow design, template management, reporting, and integration planning (Ironclad required).
•Ability to drive AI and automation adoption, including evaluating tools, building proof of concepts, and leading enablement programs with measurable workflow improvements.
•Working knowledge of legal technology and AI-driven contract review tools (e.g., Evisort), including data extraction, metadata management, and building reporting frameworks as a system of record.
