Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area, balancing customer impact, technical constraints, and long-term company strategy.

  • •Partner with Gem’s GTM team to bring products to market.
  • •Collaborate with Design, Success, and AI Governance to build and ship AI-powered experiences at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of experience as a product manager, building and owning world-class tech products.
  • •Experience with AI in daily workflows and AI-powered products is a plus.
  • •Strong product sense and obsession with user experience.
  • •Comfort collaborating with engineers on technical tradeoffs that affect product quality and outcomes.
  • •Proven track record of setting product strategy and direction, not just executing predefined roadmaps.
