Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the product roadmap for Enterprise AI spanning GTM functions (Sales, Support, Operations) and Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, HR). Establish clear priorities, milestones, and success metrics that align with business objectives and drive measurable improvements.
  • •Lead cross-functional product development across multiple business domains, balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders within a unified platform strategy.
  • •Build AI-powered solutions across Sales, Support, and Operations functions that drive measurable GTM improvements, including sales productivity tools, support automation, and compliance/risk operations.
  • •Develop AI-powered solutions across Finance, Legal, and HR functions that transform operational efficiency, including financial automation, contract management, and HR automation.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams to operationalize models, build production-grade products, and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience at fast-paced technology companies, with at least 3 years in GTM functions (sales operations, customer support, compliance/risk operations) and/or Corporate Functions (finance operations, legal tech, HR tech)
  • •Deep understanding of at least two domains among sales workflows/CRM, customer support operations, compliance/risk operations, financial operations/ERP, legal operations/contract lifecycle management, and HR/HCM systems
  • •Proven ability to build products that serve diverse user personas within a unified platform strategy
  • •Strong technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, agentic systems, workflow automation, and conversational AI
  • •Proficiency with SQL and ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions
