Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with management to coordinate and attain branch, region and company objectives.
  • •Coach and lead tellers and CSRs; conduct staff meetings and complete annual performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • •Ensure retail and branch operational functions are performed accurately and in a timely manner, including monthly branch audits.
  • •Comply with company policies/procedures; ensure security procedures are strictly followed and complete BSA/AML and other compliance training as assigned.
  • •May originate, process, and close consumer and small business loan products; maintain and develop business for the branch.

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent of four years of high school plus specialized training and related experience, including 1 to 6 months of related management experience.
  • •Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • •Mathematical ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volumes.
  • •Critical thinking to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of written, oral, or diagram-based instructions.
  • •Supervisory experience supporting retail branch operations, including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, and conducting performance reviews.
