  • •Partner with Data Science, Pricing, Underwriting, and stakeholders to define long-term vision and quarterly roadmaps; translate product/data strategy into actionable plans.
  • •Guide architectural direction for the telematics pipeline, ensuring high observability, reliability, and scale; oversee complex technical initiatives and postmortem learning follow-through.
  • •Manage development processes to improve efficiency and accelerate time-to-market for telematics-powered features; champion engineering excellence across the organization.
  • •Use a situational leadership approach to coach and develop engineers, identify talent gaps, and drive recruitment, onboarding, and organizational design for domain scale.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management, leading teams through scale/high complexity.
