Job Summary

Lead the translation of strategic learning plans into operational training journeys, design and deploy training programs, and manage LMS content and evaluation within Edenred’s Learning Factory. You’ll ensure product knowledge and sales capabilities are built through effective training, with KPI-driven optimization and strong collaboration with internal experts.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate strategic needs into actionable training programs and learning journeys; drive the design, deployment, delivery, and evaluation of training actions within the Learning Factory to develop skills required by the business units.
•Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and training content; anticipate commercial teams’ needs and translate product changes into operational learning requirements.
•Design and produce instructional materials and training devices; define success indicators, analyze results, and implement corrective actions aligned with strategic priorities.
•Manage end-to-end project delivery: planning, coordinating internal stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and presenting progress in governance sessions.
•Publish and maintain LMS content; monitor registrations, attendance, and completion rates to measure and optimize learning impact.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree ( Bac+3 to Bac+5 ) in sales or educational engineering, education sciences, human resources, project management or equivalent (L&D training)
•experience in sales roles or in supporting commercial teams and training delivery
•experience in designing and delivering training programs and in learner follow-up
•autonomy to define learning objectives, modalities, and pedagogical scenarios; ability to set KPI impact
•experience of at least 2 years in building training dispositifs and materials
