Job Summary

Develop and implement site continuous improvement initiatives for the FMC Jinshan site, executing CAPEX/OPEX projects to improve safety, quality, production, and cost reduction. Drive Process Safety Management (PSM) and Management of Change (MOC) processes, support EHS compliance, and improve operational asset utilization. Lead sustainability data collection and projects aligned to the FMC 2035 net-zero goal, while contributing to global technology transfer and diamide strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation of PSM, including PSI and cyclical PHA processes, aligned with the global PSM team.
•Initiate and manage site MOC-PC initiatives, including planning and auditing related process equipment changes (installations and optimizations).
•Execute continuous improvement and CAPEX/OPEX projects to improve safety, quality, production, and cost reduction while maintaining project/process documentation and SOPs.
•Provide technical support to the site EHS team to drive compliance with local laws and regulations across Health, Safety, Security, and Environment.
•Analyze OAU data for production performance improvement opportunities and troubleshoot issues using RCA; collect and report sustainability data and advance net-zero roadmap projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in Chemical Engineering.
•5+ years’ experience in chemical plant operation in a multinational chemical company.
•Strong safety orientation in OSHA and Process Safety Management (PSM).
•Knowledge of quality assurance programs or statistical quality control.
•Good knowledge of equipment design, scale-up, troubleshooting, and project management; English presentation/telecon capability.
