Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of PSM, including PSI and cyclical PHA processes, aligned with the global PSM team.
  • •Initiate and manage site MOC-PC initiatives, including planning and auditing related process equipment changes (installations and optimizations).
  • •Execute continuous improvement and CAPEX/OPEX projects to improve safety, quality, production, and cost reduction while maintaining project/process documentation and SOPs.
  • •Provide technical support to the site EHS team to drive compliance with local laws and regulations across Health, Safety, Security, and Environment.
  • •Analyze OAU data for production performance improvement opportunities and troubleshoot issues using RCA; collect and report sustainability data and advance net-zero roadmap projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in Chemical Engineering.
  • •5+ years’ experience in chemical plant operation in a multinational chemical company.
  • •Strong safety orientation in OSHA and Process Safety Management (PSM).
  • •Knowledge of quality assurance programs or statistical quality control.
  • •Good knowledge of equipment design, scale-up, troubleshooting, and project management; English presentation/telecon capability.
