Job Summary

Serve as the strategic and operational anchor for the Relationship Rewards program’s control environment. Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk and compliance control framework aligned to enterprise standards and Fair Lending requirements. Partner with Loyalty & Rewards and cross-functional teams across Digital, Technology, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and Fair Lending to translate control requirements into business and technical execution, validate effectiveness, and manage issues through launch readiness and ongoing governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive control framework for the Relationship Rewards program aligned to enterprise risk, compliance, and Fair Lending standards.
•Act as primary liaison between Loyalty and Rewards and LRC/Fair Lending/Digital/Technology partners for control design, execution, and issue management.
•Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle from design through ongoing operations.
•Ensure controls are embedded into program requirements, system builds, operating processes, and servicing workflows with traceability across teams and platforms.
•Establish governance routines and reporting to track control performance, issue status, remediation progress, and compliance health.

•Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, compliance standards, and Fair Lending requirements.
•Ability to translate control requirements into operational and technical execution across Digital and Technology teams.
