Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive control framework for the Relationship Rewards program aligned to enterprise risk, compliance, and Fair Lending standards.
  • •Act as primary liaison between Loyalty and Rewards and LRC/Fair Lending/Digital/Technology partners for control design, execution, and issue management.
  • •Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle from design through ongoing operations.
  • •Ensure controls are embedded into program requirements, system builds, operating processes, and servicing workflows with traceability across teams and platforms.
  • •Establish governance routines and reporting to track control performance, issue status, remediation progress, and compliance health.
