Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Food or Chemical Engineering with strong experience in process design and scale-up of new food ingredients.
  • •Significant experience working in a manufacturing environment and troubleshooting processing-related problems.
  • •Familiarity with manufacturing processes for food-grade materials, including Spray Drying, Fluidized Bed Agglomeration, Centrifugation, and Horizontal/Vertical Blending.
  • •Familiarity with manufacturing processes for food-grade products, including Homogenization, Pasteurization (Batch/Continuous), and High Shear Mixing.
  • •Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Formulation Management systems, plus statistical software analysis (e.g., Minitab).
