Technician Apprentice

Assist experienced Service Technicians with the installation and repair of HVAC environmental control systems at customer sites. Use refrigeration theory, control systems knowledge, pipe fitting skills, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair equipment. Coordinate with a supervising field technician, project manager, and customers to plan on-site work, while following safety standards and safeguarding company assets. Opportunity to enter Trane’s four-year TAP apprenticeship program with paid instruction and training.
