Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the long-term product strategy and vision for the AI Agent product line using customer research, customer experience, and new technologies.
  • •Own requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap, and prioritization, including outcomes for sprints and releases.
  • •Define and track business metrics and OKRs for the products to drive adoption and usage.
  • •Translate complex processes into technical requirements while managing delivery and product operations.
  • •Collaborate with developers, designers, UX, and product leadership to build solutions that meet expected outcomes and market needs, and prioritize problems/themes for scrum teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years working in global/cross-functional software teams in a software product company.
  • •7+ years of core product management experience building features for internet software products; SaaS experience is preferred.
  • •3+ years of experience managing AI/ML/NLP/Agentic AI products; past experience as a data scientist is a plus.
  • •Knowledge and experience with agentic AI systems such as AI Agents, AI Assistants, and AI Copilots.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
