Own the North American provider/IDN market narrative within Global Healthcare Market Strategy, translating market analysis into positioning, messaging, and GTM/product guidance. Lead senior industry and standards engagement across conferences, webinars, writing, and workgroups, including HL7, Da Vinci, and Sequoia. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success and manage analyst relationships, customer stories, and feedback loops that shape strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as segment owner for North American IDNs/health systems, defining and maintaining provider/IDN positioning, messaging, and narrative.
•Provide continuous market analysis on IDN priorities and translate insights into GTM and product guidance.
•Develop senior relationships across provider leadership and represent InterSystems through conferences, webinars, speaking, writing, and media engagement.
•Own provider-segment analyst engagement and maintain trusted analyst relationships to ensure accurate understanding of InterSystems’ provider narrative.
•Provide strategic SME leadership across Product, GTM, Sales, and Customer Success, including feedback loops from the field into strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,000 - 248,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MPH, MBA, MS, clinical informatics).
•15+ years of relevant healthcare experience with meaningful exposure to provider organizations/IDNs/health systems.
•Demonstrated expertise in provider/IDN buying dynamics, operational drivers, and the healthcare IT landscape.
•Strong understanding of interoperability and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7 and FHIR) and how standards drive market adoption.
•Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
