Key Responsibilities

•Define and continuously refine the platform product vision and multi-quarter roadmap, translating strategic objectives into deliverable outcomes.
•Own the product backlog—shape, prioritise, and sequence work based on value, risk, regulatory/controls needs, platform health, and tenant demand; establish success measures and drive continuous improvement.
•Lead stakeholder management across tenant organisations, aligning enterprise goals, tenant priorities, and vendor constraints/roadmaps and communicating trade-offs and release content clearly.
•Partner with control owners, engineering, architecture, and governance teams to drive end-to-end delivery.
•Manage third-party vendor engagement (including ServiceNow), influence product direction where possible, and optimize platform licensing usage for cost efficiency and value across tenants.

Key Requirements

•Multi-year experience as a Product Owner in multinational companies, with proven experience in AI or Data.
•Multi-year engineering experience across software development, production support/live operations, and development leadership.
•ITIL Foundation certification (required).
•Track record driving product strategy and roadmaps, managing senior stakeholders, handling tenant crises with structured escalations, and delivering measurable operational outcomes.
•Fluent English (written and spoken).
