Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage LightSpray tooling engineering for next-level product creation, including inline-range development and future concept innovation.
  • •Collaborate with developers and product engineers to ensure uppers are effectively linked to tooling execution.
  • •Integrate sole material innovation into tooling creation and advance tooling design and manufacturing.
  • •Ensure accuracy and aesthetic quality of sole and other tooling modelings with technical partners (shoe factory tooling team, mold shops, etc.).
  • •Lead sole grading, oversee tooling development and commercialization timelines, and ensure on-time sample and production deliveries.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years’ experience in molding and tooling for footwear.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the molding process, molding equipment, molding materials, and mold tooling.
  • •Strong ability to analyze and comprehend technical schematics, drafts, and 3D digital assets.
  • •Ability to work independently under deadlines and simultaneously on several projects requiring innovative ideas and engineering problem-solving.
  • •Good communication and collaboration skills.
